Consulting Across Canada

Google Ads, SEO and AI visibility, for businesses anywhere in Canada

I am based in Toronto and I run three services for businesses across the country, entirely remotely: Google Ads management, SEO consulting, and AIO consulting. Below are dedicated pages for all 10 provinces and 19 Canadian cities. Start with your province if you sell across one, and with your city if you sell in one. If neither is listed, the same services and the same pricing still apply.

Every province, one page each

Start here if you sell across a province rather than in one city. Each page covers what actually changes at the provincial level: where the targeting is quietly costing you money, which language you are competing in, and whether the market is big enough to justify paid search at all. Populations are 2021 Census counts, sourced on each page.

Ontario

14,223,942 · nine markets, nine auctions

Province-wide targeting is the most expensive default in the country.

View page →

Quebec

8,501,833 · also in French

Language is not a translation layer here. It is the market.

View page →

British Columbia

5,000,879 · fastest growing province

Mountains and water split it into four markets priced as one.

View page →

Alberta

4,262,635 · two metros, two characters

The plan has to survive a downturn, not just a good quarter.

View page →

Manitoba

1,342,153 · cheap to compete in

Easy to take share here. Also easy to hit the ceiling.

View page →

Saskatchewan

1,132,505 · two comparable cities

The one province where targeting the whole thing is usually right.

View page →

Nova Scotia

969,383 · the Atlantic hub

Most firms here sell to a region, not to a province.

View page →

New Brunswick

775,610 · three centres, two languages

The only province with no dominant metro to aim at.

View page →

Newfoundland and Labrador

510,550 · the only province that shrank

Growth means taking share. Share is genuinely available.

View page →

Prince Edward Island

154,331 · one market, start to finish

Often too small for paid search. That page says so outright.

Cities with a dedicated page

Each page covers all three services with detail specific to that city's market. None of these are physical offices. I work from Toronto and deliver every engagement remotely.

Where I actually live. You win here on precision, not budget.

View page →

Montreal

4,291,732 · two search markets in one city

View page →

View page →

Ottawa-Gatineau

1,488,307 · three economies in one region

Federal procurement, Kanata North B2B, and ordinary local demand.

View page →

Quebec City

839,311 · a French-first market

View page →

Windsor

422,630 · a border market

View page →

Oshawa and Durham Region

415,311 · the eastern GTA

Not an independent market. Precision is worth more here.

View page →

Victoria

397,237 · an older, steadier market

Your customers phone. Without call tracking you cannot see them.

View page →

Saskatoon

317,480 · sells past the city limits

View page →

Regina

249,217 · a capital, and it buys like one

Two-month decisions judged on thirty days of data.

View page →

Kingston

172,546 · an institutional town

Small market. Sometimes the honest answer is spend nothing yet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only work with businesses in these 19 cities?

No. These are the cities I built dedicated pages for, and there is a page for every province as well, but I work with businesses anywhere in Canada, remotely. If your city is not listed, the same three services and the same pricing still apply. Get in touch and I will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.

Is pricing different depending on my city?

No. Pricing is the same everywhere in Canada: Google Ads Management is $1,500 a month plus your own ad spend, SEO Consulting is $1,200 a month, and AIO Consulting is a one-time fixed-scope build for $1,800. Nothing changes based on location.

Are you actually based in Toronto?

Yes, genuinely. I am not claiming offices in any of these cities. I work from Toronto and deliver every engagement remotely, over video, email, and inside your own accounts, regardless of where your business is located.

Not seeing your city or province?

It doesn't change anything. Send a note about your business and what you're trying to fix, and I'll tell you honestly which service is the right starting point.
