Is the workshop remote or in person?
I run it both ways. For remote and distributed teams I run it live over video, and for teams in the Toronto area I run it in person. Both formats are fully hands-on, with your team working through their own tasks in real time. The content and the outcome are the same either way.
How many people can join?
It is designed for a full team in one live session, from a handful of people up to a full department. If you have a large group or several departments, book a call and we will size the format so everyone still gets hands-on time.
