What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name and email when you request a free guide, join the newsletter, or send a message through the contact form. If you buy something, our payment processor collects your payment details; we receive your email and order details, never your card number.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, we use analytics and advertising tools that record standard technical data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location.
How we use it
To deliver what you asked for (guides, purchases, replies), to send the newsletter, and to understand which pages and ads work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers below.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar identifiers for analytics and advertising: Google Analytics and Google Ads, the Meta (Facebook) pixel, the X (Twitter) pixel, and the TikTok pixel. These help us measure visits and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings, in your Meta ad preferences, and in your TikTok privacy settings.
Service providers
We use Stripe for payments, Resend for sending email, and GitHub Pages for hosting. Each has its own privacy policy. We also use the TikTok pixel for ad measurement, and TikTok APIs to publish content to our own creator account.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all marketing email immediately.

Who is responsible, and where your data lives
Elvin Peters is the person responsible for the protection of personal information collected through this site. Your information is stored with service providers in Canada and the United States. To access, correct, or delete your information, or to raise a privacy concern, email the address below and it is handled directly.
We keep subscriber records for as long as you are subscribed, and purchase records for as long as tax rules require.
