A room that has seen what AI work really costs, what it really produces, and what to do about it on Monday.
Every talk is rebuilt around your industry, your audience and your event theme, then demonstrated live on real work rather than described in slides. Attendees leave with a one page method card and one named action for the week ahead. Conferences, townhalls, offsites, panels, association meetings and lunch and learns, in person across the Greater Toronto Area and live over video anywhere.
Elvin Peters is a Toronto AI consultant, author, and builder, best described as a marketer who taught himself to build with AI. He spent a decade in marketing, half of it in performance, personally managing more than $50 million in profitable ad spend and running $1.5 million a month across two regulated brands for three years at a large publicly traded Canadian lender, with every campaign clearing compliance, legal, and creative review before launch.
He then advised the media teams at Thomson Reuters, TextNow, FindLaw, and Internet Brands inside Google's Large Customer Sales organization. Today he writes and runs a portfolio of AI systems he built and hosts himself, including fifteen niche directories, more than a dozen browser games, and his own email and publishing platform.
The Artificial Advantage, volume one of the AI Fluency Series, is published on Amazon in Kindle, paperback, and hardcover. Volumes two and three are in progress.
General audiences · mixed experience levels
The core method from the book. Most people treat AI like a search box and get search box results. Directing is a different habit, it takes about twenty minutes to teach, and the difference gets demonstrated live in front of the room rather than promised.
Regulated industries · risk and leadership audiences
How to put AI into work that somebody checks. Built on three years coordinating compliance, legal, and creative review before every regulated campaign went live, and on AI systems that queue everything for a human before anything publishes.
Leadership audiences · budget holders · skeptics
The ledgers from systems run on his own money, followed by the failures those same ledgers recorded. Both halves are the talk, and the failures are the half nobody else shows.
Marketing conferences · agency and association events
Half a decade of performance marketing, including directing AI bidding and AI creative long before it reached the headlines. What worked, what quietly did not, and where the judgment still has to be human.
